Mind Games founder, Jenny Levin, M.S., is an educator at heart.  After receiving her Master's degree in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University, she spent ten years teaching for the School Board of Broward County.  During those years, Jenny acted as Director of After School Programs, Teacher's Union Representative, Grade Chairperson and New Educator Support Coach.

After years of working in the field of education, Jenny decided to bring her knowledge and passion for intelligent play to elementary school children.  She is excited and proud to offer her original and research-based enrichment program, Mind Games!  

 

     
photo Miss Brianna
Brianna Davis attended Florida Southern College, where she earned BFA degrees in Graphic Design and Visual Arts. Brianna is passionate about working with children and loves the opportunity to help children reach — and recognize — their full potential. Over the years, Brianna has worked as an After School Director, a mentor and teacher for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and a counselor for troubled youth. Furthermore, Brianna spends her free time coaching youth sport’s teams, mentoring children in need, tutoring children of all ages, and helping lead youth retreats and camps.  
 
As someone who loves learning and especially loves playing games, Brianna is excited to be a part of the Mind Games team. She believes that her creativity and love of learning will not only challenge your children intellectually, but will push them to grow, develop and strive for excellence.
     
photo Miss Cheryl

Cheryl received her B.S. in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.  She worked with mentally ill adults for several years before leaving to start her own family.  Cheryl has been actively involved for the past 10 years at Panther Run Elementary and Polo Park Middle School.  She has been a PTA memeber in many capacities as well as Room Parent volunteer. Cheryl loves being back in the elementary school setting, working with children and being a part of the Mind Games team!

DAISY ROGERS is a graduate of Broward College with a degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently attending Palm Beach State college pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Supervision and Management. Daisy has over 17 years experience as a child care professional from Lead VPK Teacher to Afterschool Director. Daisy also partners with both local and international nonprofits to provide education and financial services to families of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Daisy believes all children have great cognitive abilities and is intrigued how they gradually come to acquire, construct, and use knowledge. Daisy is excited to be a part of the Mind Games team and ready to play with purpose. Let the brainstorming begin!

Sari Myers is a recently retired veteran educator with 36 years of experience with the Palm Beach County School District. She has been a Special Education teacher, a General Education teacher, an Assistant Principal and for the last 18 years an Elementary School Principal. Sari piloted the STEAM program at Hidden Oaks Elementary School, and it is now one of the District’s most coveted choice programs. Sari believes that it is our job as educators to continue to remind children that there are no obstacles, only opportunities and even if you can’t do something yet, you have the opportunity to stretch your mind so you can achieve any goal you set for yourself. Mrs. Myers is looking forward to bringing this Growth Mindset to her classes. She is excited to embark on this new adventure with children.

Sheri has always had a passion for children, teaching, and helping others.  Sheri earned her teaching certification in French, grades K-12, and she has over ten years' experience teaching in the private and public school sectors.  She has served as chairperson of the French department and as sponsor for numerous clubs, including National French Honor Society, French Club, Cancer Awareness Society, National Junior Honor Society and Environmental Club.  

Sheri is dynamic in the classroom and enjoys utilizing her background as a dancer, actress and clown to engage students and create a stimulating, fun-loving learning environment.

Mr. Steve is excited to return to the Mind Games classroom! Along with a great deal of business experience, Mr. Steve is the former owner of Cool Beans Play Cafe. He is most looking forward towards working with the students and teaching them how to best strategize and communicate with their peers.
