Mind Games founder, Jenny Levin, M.S., is an educator at heart.  After receiving her Master's degree in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University, she spent ten years teaching for the School Board of Broward County.  During those years, Jenny acted as Director of After School Programs, Teacher's Union Representative, Grade Chairperson and New Educator Support Coach.

After years of working in the field of education, Jenny decided to bring her knowledge and passion for intelligent play to elementary school children.  She is excited and proud to offer her original and research-based enrichment program, Mind Games!

Allison Green attended Ball State University where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Allison has a variety of teaching experience that began in the elementary classroom; administering a reading intervention curriculum to selected students in grades K-5 who could benefit from additional practice. Allison accepted a position with the Early Steps Program, which relocated her to Florida. There she worked with families and children birth to three with developmental delays. Her desire to be back in the classroom drove her to teaching middle school in Broward County.

Allison is so excited to be a part of the Mind Games team! She believes early learning experiences through play are crucial for later success in school, the workplace, and the community. Allison strives to create an environment where challenges are welcomed and children are nurtured. She is providing local tutoring and aftercare services for students that help build on each child's individual strengths and unique needs. Amanda Gallego received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout her years in college, she worked in many Palm Beach schools teaching after school sports to elementary students. She also participated in environmental education awareness programs for children at FAU’s Pine Jog Environmental Center and FAU’s Sea Turtle Lab at Gumbo Limbo.

Amanda loves teaching and learning. She has tutored friends and family in difficult subjects, and takes extra care to make sure they are learning and enjoying the process. Amanda hopes to pursue her PhD in genetics very soon to become a professor.

photo Miss Cheryl

Cheryl received her B.S. in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.  She worked with mentally ill adults for several years before leaving to start her own family.  Cheryl has been actively involved for the past 10 years at Panther Run Elementary and Polo Park Middle School.  She has been a PTA memeber in many capacities as well as Room Parent volunteer. Cheryl loves being back in the elementary school setting, working with children and being a part of the Mind Games team!

DAISY ROGERS is a graduate of Broward College with a degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently attending Palm Beach State college pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Supervision and Management. Daisy has over 17 years experience as a child care professional from Lead VPK Teacher to Afterschool Director. Daisy also partners with both local and international nonprofits to provide education and financial services to families of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Daisy believes all children have great cognitive abilities and is intrigued how they gradually come to acquire, construct, and use knowledge. Daisy is excited to be a part of the Mind Games team and ready to play with purpose. Let the brainstorming begin!

Jeanette Geraci was born and raised in New York, and moved to Florida in 2014 to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Florida Atlantic University. She has worked as a high school English/Language Arts teacher, an adjunct English instructor, a writing tutor/consultant, an elementary school after-care group leader, a direct service support worker (with differently abled young adults), and a yoga teacher. She is passionate about education, and thrilled to help children develop their cognitive and interpersonal skills through her position as a Mind Games playologist!

Katie has studied Early Childhood education since her freshman year of high school. She is currently attending Florida Atlantic University to pursue her Bachelors degree in Psychology Counseling. Katie has worked as a nanny and both assistant and lead teacher roles for preschool, pre-kindergarden, and VPK. She greatly enjoys creating and teaching, creative and exciting lesson plans and the sight of the children learning without reaizing they are. Early on, she recognized her passion for achieving a career working and teaching children. The bonds that are created over the years are the highlight in this field!

Melanie Carucci is attending Florida Atlantic University to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. After, she plans to further her degree for a Master’s in Guidance. Melanie has been working as a VPK teacher for five years, and she has worked at a children’s art studio for over 10 years during the summer. During her time as a VPK teacher she implemented a creative, high-order thinking curriculum specializing in science activities for her school. Melanie believes a creative mind plays a huge role in boosting a child’s cognitive abilities. She is excited to be a part of Mind Games and can’t wait to meet your child!

Sheri has always had a passion for children, teaching, and helping others.  Sheri earned her teaching certification in French, grades K-12, and she has over ten years' experience teaching in the private and public school sectors.  She has served as chairperson of the French department and as sponsor for numerous clubs, including National French Honor Society, French Club, Cancer Awareness Society, National Junior Honor Society and Environmental Club.  

Sheri is dynamic in the classroom and enjoys utilizing her background as a dancer, actress and clown to engage students and create a stimulating, fun-loving learning environment.

Tammy Joseph graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Since graduating from FIU, Tammy has worked as an online ESL teacher improving the English-speaking skills of children across the world. The most amazing thing to Tammy is seeing the joy that comes when a child learns and masters a new skill. Her goal while working with Mind Games is to make learning fun, enjoyable, and entertaining. She is super excited to teach and connect with your child!
